The IO-204Mx module (from ioBridge) offers webpage or programmatic access/control of 4 DIO & Analogue Input or serial/RS232 channels per module, and will operate through any normal firewall/dynamic IP address assignment/internet connection on either a company/academic institution or personal internet/intranet connection.  Users can create their own fully customisable, easily created webpage controls and indicators which are hosted on the ioBridge secure server.  Each IO-204Mx module has a unique serial number (MAC address) and is supplied with a perspex cover/base fitted with rubber mounting feet.

The IO-204Mx connects seamlessly with our SER8PRMx and SER16PRMxN relay card products.  The SER8PRMx offers 8 opto-isolated relays and fixed screw terminal block access to NO/COM/NC relay contacts.   The SER16PRMxN offers 8 onboard relays, 8 digital I/O channels and 8 channels which can be configured as either relay or DIO channels (or a combnation of both - for example 12 relay channels and 12 DIO).  Relays and pcb tracking are designed to handle 240VAC @ 10Amps.  DIO channels can be configured as either input or output (will supply 20mA per channel if configured as outputs).  The IO-204Mx and SER8PRx/16PRMxN require an external +5VDC PSU - a single PSU can be connected to the SER8PRx/16PRMxN card and power supplied to the IO-204Mx card via our IO-204Mx cable (see below).  The IO-204Mx cable is designed to connect between the 9 way D-Type connector of our relay cards and the I/O channel connectors of the IO-204Mx module.  Upto four SER8PRx/16PRMxN cards can be connected to each IO-204Mx module.

• PSU 0V & +5V supply voltages are taken to screw terminal blocks for possible onward use in (or powering of) target application
• The SER8PRMx & SER16PRMxN cards (and IO-204Mx module) require an external +5V PSU.  It can be connected via a 2.1mm jack socket or screw terminal block along one edge of the card and when connected via our connecting cable, will supply +5VDC to the IO-204Mx module
• Supplied with nylon feet (will take self tapping screws).  Corner mounting holes allow cards to be stacked if required
• Clear, protective cover/base, and also DIN rail mountable base & cover options available for the SER8PRMx & SER16PRMxN cards (see below)
• IO-204Mx module is supplied with a perspex cover & base.  Base fitted with rubber feet.  Unique MAC address is etched into the perspex cover.
