USBDIO24 mounted above a DIO24MxS2 (24 channel) relay card

Connects directly to our USBDIO24, SERDIO24 or NI DIO24/6503 Digital I/O DAQ card products via standard 50 pin I/O connector.

• Provides access to all relay contacts and digital I/O channels via industry standard screw terminal connectors.

• All channels can be configured as either inputs or outputs via onboard links.

• 24 onboard relays, capable of switching 10 Amps @ 250V AC.

• PCB tracking will handle 6 Amps @ 20 Deg C.

• Datasheet available for relay type used on this card.

• Opto-isolated digital control inputs.  Provides voltage isolation of 5000V AC.

• Relays can be activated via any suitable digital (5V) input signal.

• Internal LED status indicators for each channel.

• Requires external 12V DC power supply to power the relay cards (also available).  Requires 750 mA max per relay card (if all relays are switched on).  PSU connects via rear panel sockets on each card or via screw terminal connection.

• A perspex cover is available that can be fitted, via standoff pillars,  over the relay card and screw terminals for additional protection (see perspex cover).

• Similar to DIO24Mx relay board but with screw terminal connector rather than header or D Types connectors.

• Approximate dimensions: 23cm (L) x 12.7cm (W) x 2cm (H).  Weight approx 450 grams.
