DIO24SIGMxS2 Relay Card

DIO24SIGMxS2 relay card - fitted with 1A relays & 2 part  (right angle) screw terminal blocks.  (Right angle connector pair height - approx 23mm)

Connects directly to our USBDIO24, SERDIO24 or NI DIO24/6503 Digital I/O DAQ card products via standard 50 pin I/O connector.

  • Provides access to all relay contacts and digital I/O channels via industry standard  two part screw terminal connectors.

  • Male/Female connector halves allow rapid disconnection of relay card from target system if required.

  • Relay card can be disconnected and used elsewhere if required without the need to rewire all connections.

  • All channels can be configured as either inputs or outputs via onboard links.

  • 24 onboard relays, capable of switching 1 Amp @ 24V DC/120V AC.

  • Relays are high sensitivity, low contact resistance type.

  • Contact material is AgAu.

  • Contact resistance is 100 milliohms (max).

  • Operate/release time is 5mS (max).

  • Internal LED status indicators for each channel.

  • Datasheet available for relay type used on this card.

  • Opto-isolated digital control inputs.  Provides voltage isolation of 5000V AC.

  • Relays can be activated via any suitable digital (5V) input signal.

  • Requires external 12V DC power supply to power the relay cards (also available).  Requires 750 mA max per relay card (if all relays are switched on).  PSU connects via rear panel sockets on each card or via screw terminal connection.

  • A perspex cover is available that can be fitted, via standoff pillars,  over the relay card and screw terminals for additional protection (see perspex cover).

  • Similar to DIO24Mx relay board but with screw terminal connector rather than header or D Types connectors.

  • Supplied with all female mating halves.

  • Approximate dimensions: 23cm (L) x 12.7cm (W) x 2.3cm (H).  Weight approx 550 grams.
