The
DIO96 adaptor card is available together with our
full range of 24 channel relay
cards as a pre-assemble stack, providing a low cost solution for
connecting large numbers of relays in a variety of configurations.
This
adaptor card is designed to connect/mount directly with our
USBDO96
digital output card
and also the NI PXI-6508, PCI-6509, PCI-DIO96 &
DAQPAD6508 Digital I/O DAQ cards
via the standard NI split ribbon cable assembly options.
(Requires a standard NI
R1005050 or NB5 ribbon cable assembly (100 way,
which splits to two 50 way header connectors) to connect the
96 channel NIDAQ cards to the two mating 50 way IDC connectors on the Adaptor card).

Convenient
stack of relays in relatively small cubic area.

Available
for use with any relay cards from our
DIO24Mx product range.
(Relay cards need to be ordered separately).

Can be used in
conjunction with our
USBDO96 card
to control upto 96 relays in a stack as shown in the above images.

This card can
also be used in our
2U and 3U shelf product range to create large relay switching
system designs

Designed
to be quickly assembled with upto four cards from of our Mx range of
24 channel relay
cards as a convenient stack (see picture).

Pre-assembled, includes ribbon cables and pillars etc Provides
access to all DIO96 signals via the four mating (50 pin) IDC
connectors.

Stack
can be supplied with a perspex cover and DIN rail mount base plate,
if required, for added protection of the cards.

Adaptor
card is passive, and supplied with nylon feet, allowing it to be
safely located on any surface.

If connecting
the DIO96Adapter to a NI DIO96 you will require a standard NI
R1005050
or NB5 ribbon cable assembly (100 way, which splits to two 50 way
header connectors). This connects the 96 channel NIDAQ cards
to the two mating 50 way IDC connectors on the Adaptor card).
(NI ribbon cable Part number 182762-01 (1 metre long) or 182762-02 (2
metre long).

DIO96Adapter
card approximate
dimensions: 21cm(L) x 12.7cm(W) x 12cm(H - inc feet).

12V DC power supply to power the relay cards (also available).
Requires 750 mA max per relay card (if all relays are switched
on). PSU connects via rear panel sockets on each card or via screw terminal
connector blocks.

are shipped pre-assembled using relay cards from our Mx range of 24
channel relay cards (see links below). Upto four (24
channel) relay cards can be used per stack assembly. Relay
cards need to be ordered separately. |
