These low cost, general purpose, cards are fitted with 8 opto-isolated relays  and designed to be operated/controlled by normal digital input voltage signals from a designers own digital hardware or existing DIO/DAQ cards. 

Available with a choice of two relay types, either 240VAC/10A power or high sensitivity, gold contact signal relays (Max 30VDC @ 1Amp) and the option of either fixed or two-part (male/female) screw terminal blocks.

Access to all relay contacts is via either fixed or two part (male/female) screw terminal block connectors  along the edge of the card.  Suitable for a wide range of control and mains voltage power switching, or signal switching purposes .  The card comes with LED relay channel & +5V supply status indicators and nylon feet in each corner which will take self tapping screws or allow the cards to be stacked.  The card requires a +5V DC supply (Max current approx 750mA with all relays activated).

There is also a perspex cover available which offers general protection of the card and prevents accidental contact with any of the relay contacts or screw terminal connections.  In addition, there is a DIN rail mount/cover option available.

Compatible with Windows 98SE/ME/2000/XP/Vista, MacOSX and Linux platforms.

• Relays are SPDT, Form C, changeover type, with N/O, COM and N/C contacts taken to the screw terminal blocks along each side of the card
• Opto-isolated (digital inputs to relays) - isolation to 2500V AC (rms)

• Digital input control signals are compatible with normal TTL logic level digital voltages.  Each input requires a low drive current of no more than 2.5mA (5.25V DC Max)
• Supplied with nylon feet (will take self tapping screws).  Corner mounting holes allow cards to be stacked if required
• Clear, protective cover/base, and also DIN rail mountable base & cover options available
