In the rare event that you
experience a problem with one of our products, we will attempt to help you
diagnose/fix the problem via email. If
the problem cannot be resolved, please email us regarding returns address
details and return it to us.
The product will then be
inspected for any signs of damage and tested by our test department. We
will aim to repair the product and return it to you
within 10 working days. If it is evident that the card has been damaged
(for example a channel has been reverse voltaged, or
there are burnt tracks etc) we will email you regarding the cost of a repair.
If no fault is found, you
will be charged an inspection/test fee of £30, and the product returned to you.
